Nikita Batheja is a founder, product thinker and designer with over a decade of experience in the IT industry. She has designed and managed SaaS products from scratch—leading UI/UX design, roadmaps, and product strategy. Nikita translates user needs and developer requirements into intuitive, efficient, and impactful software solutions

Previously, she founded Sinjan Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she designed and built a Medical Coding Platform for a health-tech client from the ground up. She served as a Director of Product Management for the client, overseeing their product roadmap, UI/UX design and end-to-end development. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Business Analyst at Innova Solutions, gathering client requirements and managing project execution, and as a Software Engineer at Accenture.

Nikita holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering. Her approach is grounded in design thinking, empathy for users, and a strong belief that technology should adapt to users—not the other way around. Nikita resides in Mumbai and she enjoys exploring different countries, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and experiences.

Rob Gontarek is a Board Member at MindWise, where he brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare IT and Revenue Cycle Management to help guide the company’s strategic direction and growth. 

In addition to his role at MindWise, Rob leads the Data Science team at Imagine Software, where he oversees the strategy and productization of AI-powered automation tools. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Aidéo Technologies, and President and CEO of Meridian Medical Management, a leader in practice management services and solutions. Rob also served as President and COO at Diagnostic Health, where he concurrently acted as an Operating Partner for a $4 billion private equity fund, driving operational improvements and business growth.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Data Science at MIT, combining deep industry knowledge with technical insight. Rob resides in Dallas, Texas, and is passionate about advancing healthcare technology through innovation and leadership.
