Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, articulate, and persistent Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads and set qualified meetings with key decision-makers in the RCM/ U.S. healthcare sector. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will play a critical role in building a healthy sales pipeline for our software development services targeted at healthcare providers, payers, and healthtech companies in the United States.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting to U.S.-based healthcare organizations.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for custom software development services.
- Research target accounts and tailor messaging to address specific pain points in the U.S. healthcare domain.
- Schedule discovery calls or demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and results in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Experience & Education Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology or software services.
- Experience selling into the U.S. market is highly preferred.
- Prior exposure to the RCM and healthcare industry (U.S. or global) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
