Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager with deep expertise in US healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management. This role will work closely with clients and internal data science teams to translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable product and data requirements.
The ideal candidate understands RCM workflows end to end and can bridge the gap between healthcare stakeholders and technical teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work directly with US healthcare clients to understand RCM workflows, pain points, and business goals
- Document detailed business, functional, and data requirements for analytics and AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to translate requirements into model inputs, features, and success metrics
- Define use cases, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Support product planning by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and revenue improvement in RCM processes
- Review outputs from data science models and validate them against business expectations
- Act as the domain expert for RCM across product discussions and client interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in US Healthcare
- Strong hands-on experience with Revenue Cycle Management, including areas such as claims, coding, billing, denials, AR, and payments
- Experience working with data science or analytics teams
- Strong documentation skills including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with US-based healthcare clients
- Experience working on AI/ML or predictive analytics products in healthcare
- Familiarity with EHR, clearinghouses, and payer workflows
- Prior experience in healthcare SaaS or product-led organizations
