Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst/ Product Manager at MindWise Technologies. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst/ Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between clients and the development, QA, and UI/UX teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring project success from conception to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, gather detailed information, and document it for the development and QA teams.
- Documentation & Handover: Create comprehensive functional specification documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers and QA teams to follow during implementation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the visual designs align with client expectations and product requirements. Knowledge of UI design is a plus.
- Product Planning & Roadmap: Define product features, create a roadmap, and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and client feedback.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and UI/UX teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of product features.
- Testing & QA Support: Work with QA teams to ensure features are developed and tested as per client requirements, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Project Management: Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure that product releases meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or a similar role in software development or product-based environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, Information Technology or similar
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Experience with Agile development and project management tools such as Jira.
- Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
